Yvette was awesome and wonderful to work with. Always honest and upfront and was absolutely essential in my journey to home ownership. In a very hostile housing market she kept at it and I am very happy in my wonderful home in a gorgeous neighborhood!

Yvette was amazing! We lived over 5 hours away and were looking to move closer to family. We made the drive to tour a few properties with her one weekend but didn't have much luck finding the right one. We could tell Yvette was very trustworthy and knew her stuff! Over the next few weeks, she helped us find the perfect house, gave us a FaceTime tour, and helped us purchase the house unseen. She made everything so easy and was so friendly, helpful, timely, and just great to work with! We're so grateful for Yvette and everything she did for us! We highly, highly recommend!!

We were moving back to Iowa from Alaska and purchased our home site unseen with Yvette. She explained the local market well and worked around the time zone difference to show us properties via FaceTime. The home we ultimately purchased wasn’t on our list of ones to see but based on Yvette’s recommendation we decided to do a FaceTime tour with her and fell in love with it. We are so happy she recommended this home to us and everything worked out perfectly to get into our home on time after the move from Alaska.

This was my first ever home purchase and was given a few names by our loan officer who could show us a home we were looking at. I chose to work with Yvette before I had even talked to her, and I couldn't have made a better decision. It was immediately obvious that Yvette wasnt just trying to sell us a house for a pay day, rather she genuinely cared about us getting what we wanted in a new home. Yvette was incredibly helpful and always willing to answer any questions we had. She even stood up for us with the current owners when some conditions weren't ideal in a house we bought right before we moved in. Even weeks after our purchase we received texts asking how everything was going, which she didnt have to do. I really hope we never have to buy another house, but if we do, you can bet your bottom dollar we wouldn't hesitate to work with Yvette again!

Yvette Perdue Was wonderful as our agent. She is very professional but more than that she is caring. She truly is an amazing person. Yvette wants the best for her buyers or sellers. Yvette was absolutely the best. When I called her the first time I know she was listening. I was trying to find a home in a particularly discouraging sellers market. The homes I could afford did not appear to be in good enough condition to pass inspection. She sent me acceptable listings everyday that were within my price range. I drove by each home and on the 3rd day she found the perfect home, I immediately called her to set up a walk through. I knew instantly this was the home for me. We immediately made an offer. The whole process from beginning to end was virtually seamless. We were able to close within 30 days and now I am living in my dream home. Thank you Yvette. You helped me make my dream come true.

My two boys are now grown and gone, so I was looking for an affordable, clean, little home in Council Bluffs where I was born and raised. I found Yvette Perdue who helped me find the most adorable little home and right in my price range! Yvette was extremely knowledgeable about the housing market and all paperwork that needed to be completed. She was honest, fair and has outstanding communication. If I called or texted her at any time of the day or night with a question, she would respond immediately. When I wanted to have her show me a home during my search, she was more than willing to accommodate MY work schedule to make that happen. After an offer was made on the home that I found, she worked closely with my lender to make sure that everything was moving along smoothly and even sent me reminder emails and texts about things that needed to be done or things that would need to be done in the future. Further, she didn't forget me after the sale either... she emailed or texted to see how I liked my new home! She's on top of it! I could not have asked for a more AMAZING real estate agent, ever! I would recommend Yvette Perdue to absolutely everybody that I know for ALL of their real estate needs!
